Educational Objectives:
Following this presentation, the participant should be able to:

  • Identify characteristics of patients (eyes) that are good candidates for IOL implantation
  • List 3 factors to consider for timing of IOL implantation
  • Recognize factors that help determine which implantation technique may be best suited for a child
